Food, Friends, and Family
My love for cooking and entertaining comes from a lifetime of large gatherings, especially family dinners. Growing up, Sunday dinner was a weekly ritual for everyone in my family. Brothers, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends would all gather for our weekly feast! Later on in life, my wife Liz and I kept the tradition going with our kids and our exteded family and friends. Sunday Night Dinners at Big Tim’s Kitchen became something that was greatly anticipated each week.
